How We Operate

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice.

Appointments
It is our pleasure to accommodate your appointment requests, please call our front desk for assistance. If you have reached us after hours, please leave a message and we will return your call the following business morning. While last minute or walk-in requests are always welcome, we do recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure desired times.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel any appointment

Late Appointment Arrival
To insure optimum service, we recommend you arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment time. If you do arrive late your service may need to be modified or rescheduled.

Service Guarantee
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact our front desk within five business days of your appointment. We are committed to your total satisfaction and will be glad to re-service you at no additional cost.

Return Policy
Unopened merchandise may be returned for merchandise credit within ten days of purchase. No refunds on gift, membership and corporate cards.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of services. The staff at Sharps Barber shop graciously accepts your appreciation for exceptional client experiences. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk if desired. Industry standards are 15% to 20% of the service fee.
